How will my order be shipped?
We ship anywhere in the continental United States via United States Post Office.

International shipping is currently not offered at this time.

How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically shipped within 24-48 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.

What is your return Policy?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, less shipping costs. Any returns or exchanges postmarked after 30 days of your receipt date are non-refundable and will be returned to you. We have 100% inspection on merchandise leaving the warehouse. Returns are inspected upon receipt. Items must not have been worn, washed, altered and have all originals tags attached. Items with snags, rips, make-up stains, odors (i.e. cigarette smoke) or other damages will result in the item being returned to you.

How do I return an item?
Please send an email to customerservice@fashionville.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning your item. Please note shipping on returned items is non-refundable. The only exceptions to this are if we mistakenly sent you an incorrect item or incorrect sizing on an item, we will then cover the return shipping charges. We cannot be responsible for non-receipt of returns that cannot be tracked.

Can I exchange an item?
Fashionville strives to offer superior customer service and high quality women's clothing and accessories, however we may not always carry every size. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot process exchanges. If you would like an item in a different size, please return your original merchandise and place a new order online.

What if my order is lost or stolen?
Please contact your mail-carrier immediately if you believe your package was lost or stolen. They are the best source of information about your package. Fashionville, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All packages ship with USPS delivery confirmation, which allows us to verify exactly when your local postal carrier delivered your package to your address. If you believe your order is missing, please check the USPS web site to determine the status of your order. If the USPS web site states that your package was delivered to your address, we will consider that the package was correctly delivered. We are not responsible for and cannot help you retrieve stolen or misplaced packages. We cannot send additional items to customers whose packages are documented by the US Postal Service as delivered.
