How will my order be shipped?
We ship anywhere in the continental United States via United States Post Office.

International shipping is currently not offered at this time.

How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically shipped within 24-48 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.

What is your return Policy?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, less shipping costs. Any returns or exchanges postmarked after 30 days from your purchase date are non-refundable and will be returned to you. We have 100% inspection on merchandise leaving the warehouse. Returns are inspected upon receipt. Items must not have been worn, washed, altered and have all originals tags attached. Items with snags, rips, make-up stains, odors (i.e. cigarette smoke) or other damages will result in the item being returned to you. We do not replace damaged merchandise that is due to normal wear and tear, abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, open flame, high heat, sharp objects, etc.) or merchandise that has been damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose.

How do I return an item?
Please send an email to customerservice@fashionville.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning your item. Please note shipping on returned items is non-refundable. The only exceptions to this are if we mistakenly sent you an incorrect item or incorrect sizing on an item, we will then cover the return shipping charges. We cannot be responsible for non-receipt of returns that cannot be tracked.

Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges can be made for the same item in a different size subject to availability. We are unable to process any exchanges for a completely different item. Please email us at customerservice@fashionville.com to verify if we have your size in stock. As soon as we receive your exchange we will ship the new size out to you. You will receive an email notification with a new tracking number.

When will my credit card be Refunded?
Once we receive your return your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five days. As soon as your refund is processed we will notify you via email. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.

What if my order is lost or stolen?
Please contact your mail-carrier immediately if you believe your package was lost or stolen. They are the best source of information about your package. Fashionville, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All packages ship with USPS delivery confirmation, which allows us to verify exactly when your local postal carrier delivered your package to your address. If you believe your order is missing, please check the USPS web site to determine the status of your order. If the USPS web site states that your package was delivered to your address, we will consider that the package was correctly delivered. We are not responsible for and cannot help you retrieve stolen or misplaced packages. We cannot send additional items to customers whose packages are documented by the US Postal Service as delivered.
